All Agronomy and Crop Science

The agronomists, farm managers, agricultural administrators, extension figures and general agriculturalists whose defining work is the practice, management, economics or institutional organization of field crop agriculture rather than a specific genetic, pathological, horticultural, soil-science or biotechnology specialty. This group gathers figures documented chiefly as an agriculturalist, an agricultural college professor or department head, an agricultural policy maker, a farming-method or crop-rotation pioneer, or an agricultural society, fair, extension or cooperative organizer, work that the field of agronomy treats as its own general applied core rather than assigning to one of the more specific plant-science disciplines gathered in the groups beside it.
