KSM Mostafizur Rahman, born October 31, 1964, in Pakulla, Bogra District, is a Bangladeshi industrialist, entrepreneur and agriculturist recognized as a pioneer in agricultural manufacturing in Bangladesh, particularly in agrochemicals, pesticides, plant growth regulators, hybrid rice seed and vegetable seeds. He manages the National AgriCare Group, was designated a commercially important person by the government in 2013, and received the President's Industrial Development Award in 2014; in 2021 he set a Guinness World Record for the world's largest crop field mosaic, created using rice plants in Bogra, and since 2023 he has served as founder president of the Bangladesh Agrochemical Manufacturers Association.
