Sir Gordon Conway (1938 to 2023) was a British agricultural ecologist who served as president of the Rockefeller Foundation and of the Royal Geographical Society. He later became professor of international development at Imperial College London and director of Agriculture for Impact, a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded initiative supporting agricultural development in Africa.
