Charles Robert Wynn-Carington, 1st Marquess of Lincolnshire, born May 16, 1843, at Whitehall, and died June 13, 1928, at Daws Hill House near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, was a British Liberal politician who sat in the cabinets of Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman and H. H. Asquith. He served as President of the Board of Agriculture from 1905 to 1911, before moving on to become Lord Privy Seal.
