Robert "Bob" Speller is a Canadian politician, born 29 February 1956 in Hagersville, Ontario, who represented Haldimand-Norfolk and its predecessor ridings in the House of Commons as a Liberal across four elections between 1988 and 2000. He served as Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food from 12 December 2003 to 28 June 2004 under Prime Minister Paul Martin, and lost his seat to Conservative candidate Diane Finley in the 2004 federal election that followed.
