Includes national cabinet ministers of agriculture, state-level agriculture ministers within India's federal system, and the senior officials of national and state agricultural departments across the Indian subcontinent, a region whose agricultural policy has been shaped by the same Green Revolution history this atlas documents elsewhere among its plant scientists.
