Tubercularia lateritia

Tubercularia lateritia is a fungal plant pathogen and saprobe that grows mainly on decaying bark and rotting wood in tropical regions, and it occasionally infects avocado and macadamia trees. It is the asexual (anamorph) state of a fungus whose sexual (teleomorph) state is formally named Nectria pseudotrichia; the two forms are usually, though not always, found growing together.
