World Agroforestry (also known by its earlier name, the International Centre for Research in Agroforestry, or ICRAF) is an international institute headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, founded in 1978 as the International Council for Research in Agroforestry. It specializes in the sustainable management, protection and regulation of tropical rainforest and natural reserves, and is one of 15 agricultural research centres that make up the global CGIAR network.
