Mangalica

A Hungarian breed of domestic pig, also called Mangalitsa or Mangalitza, developed in the mid-nineteenth century by crossbreeding pigs from the Hungarian regions of Nagyszalonta (now Salonta, Romania) and Bakony with the European wild boar and the Serbian Sumadija breed. The Mangalica grows a thick, curly coat of hair; the only other pig breed noted for a similarly long coat was the now-extinct Lincolnshire Curly Coat pig of England.
