Sir Rowland Harry Biffen (1874 to 1949) was a British botanist, mycologist and geneticist who served as a professor of agricultural botany at the University of Cambridge and worked on breeding wheat varieties. He founded the Journal of Agricultural Science and was also a gifted watercolor landscape artist.
