Kwabena Darko, born October 23, 1942, in Bekwai, Ghana, is a Ghanaian entrepreneur who built the largest privately owned agro-industrial concern in the country, founded on the poultry business he established as Darko Farms and Company in 1967. Known regionally as the Poultry King, or AkokÉ” Darko, he is listed in Who's Who in World Poultry, and his agricultural base later supported further careers in politics and religious ministry.
