Jo Luck (December 5, 1941 to November 26, 2025) was an American businesswoman who served as president and chief executive of Heifer International, a nonprofit that provides livestock and training to families to fight hunger and poverty, from 1992 to July 2011. She received the World Food Prize in 2010. Earlier in her career she was the first executive director of Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families in 1978 and served as executive director of the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism from 1979 to 1989.
