Isaya Kisekka is a Ugandan American agricultural engineer and professor at the University of California, Davis, who has pioneered the development of precision irrigation systems intended to improve farmer productivity, efficiency, sustainability and profitability. His work has been recognized by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
