This dimension groups agricultural figures by the year they were born, showing which generation of the field they belong to. Wikipedia notes that Norman Borlaug, "the 'Father of the Green Revolution'," received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1970 after a career spanning decades, one example of how a figure's birth year shapes the era of agriculture they worked in. Browsing by birth year lets a visitor compare figures from the same generation.
