This category is the index of the atlas's own Disciplines entities: the distinct fields of study and practice within agriculture, such as agronomy, animal husbandry, horticulture or soil science, each covering its own body of technique and research rather than a specific crop, animal or farm. Each entry names the discipline and what it studies or practices, distinct from the specific commodities or institutions the discipline serves elsewhere in the atlas.
