Charles Franklin Brannan (August 23, 1903 to July 2, 1992) was the United States Secretary of Agriculture from 1948 to 1953, a liberal Democrat best known for proposing the Brannan Plan, which a conservative Congress rejected and which never took effect. He was the last surviving member of Harry S. Truman's cabinet at the time of his death.
