Brooke Christine Rollins, born April 10, 1972, is an American political advisor and attorney who has served as United States Secretary of Agriculture since 2025. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in agricultural development and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin. Before her cabinet appointment she served as acting director of the White House Domestic Policy Council from 2020 to 2021 and director of the Office of American Innovation from 2018 to 2020, and led the Texas Public Policy Foundation as its president beginning in 2003. President Donald Trump nominated her as Secretary of Agriculture in November 2024, and the Senate confirmed her in February 2025.
