William Arthur Waldegrave, Baron Waldegrave of North Hill, born August 15, 1946, in London, is a British Conservative politician who served as a cabinet minister from 1990 to 1997 and entered the House of Lords in 1999. He served as Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food from July 20, 1994, to July 5, 1995, during John Major's premiership, succeeding Gillian Shephard and being succeeded in turn by Douglas Hogg.
