Radha Mohan Singh, born September 1, 1949, in Narha Panapur, Bihar, is an Indian politician of the Bharatiya Janata Party who served as Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare from 2014 to 2019 during the first Modi ministry, succeeding Sharad Pawar and being succeeded by Narendra Singh Tomar. He first entered Parliament in 1989 through the 9th Lok Sabha and has represented constituencies including Motihari and Purvi Champaran in Bihar across seven terms, also serving as BJP Bihar state president from 2006 to 2010 and as a national vice-president of the party from 2020 to 2023.
