Alysson Paolinelli (July 10, 1936 to June 29, 2023) was a Brazilian agronomic engineer and public official who served as Brazil's Minister of Agriculture from 1974 to 1979. He received the 2006 World Food Prize, shared with Edson Lobato and Andrew Colin McClung, for his role in transforming the Cerrado, a vast region of Brazil, into productive cropland.
