S Prakash Tiwari, born 1948, is an Indian biotechnologist, geneticist and agriculturalist who served as Deputy Director General of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. He has held leadership roles including vice-chancellor of Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University in Bikaner, director of the National Academy of Agricultural Research Management in Hyderabad, and director of the National Research Centre on Soybean in Indore.
