Robert Selmer Bergland (July 22, 1928 to December 9, 2018) was an American politician who represented Minnesota's 7th congressional district in the US House of Representatives from 1971 to 1977 and then served as United States Secretary of Agriculture during the Jimmy Carter administration from 1977 to 1981.
