George McLeay, born August 6, 1892, in Port Clinton, South Australia, and died September 14, 1955, in North Adelaide, was an Australian politician and senior minister in Robert Menzies' Liberal government. He served as Minister for Commerce from April 1939 to March 1940 in the first Menzies ministry, during the early period of the Second World War, before going on to hold other ministerial roles including Minister for Trade and Customs later that year.
