Parker John Moloney, born August 12, 1879, in Port Fairy, Victoria, and died May 8, 1961, was an Australian Labor politician who served in the House of Representatives across three separate periods, 1910 to 1913, 1914 to 1917 and 1919 to 1931. He served as Minister for Markets and Transport from October 22, 1929, to January 6, 1932, under Prime Minister James Scullin, succeeded in the two halves of the portfolio by Charles Hawker and Archdale Parkhill, and during his tenure he negotiated Australia's first trade treaty with Canada, receiving a parliamentary ovation for the achievement.
