Murray Patrick Watt, born January 20, 1973, is an Australian Labor politician who has served as a senator for Queensland since the 2016 federal election, previously sitting in the Queensland Legislative Assembly from 2009 to 2012. He served as Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry from June 1, 2022, to July 29, 2024, under Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, succeeding David Littleproud and preceding Julie Collins, before going on to serve as Minister for the Environment and Water from May 2025.
