He Kang (February 1923 to July 3, 2021) was a Chinese politician who served as China's Minister of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries from 1983 to 1988 and as Minister of Agriculture from 1988 to 1990. He also served two separate terms as vice president of the China Association for Science and Technology, from 1986 to 1995 and from 1995 to 2000, and was a member of the 12th and 13th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
