Abdul Rashid, born 1950, is a Pakistani agricultural scientist who earned his doctorate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He served as Director General of Pakistan's National Agricultural Research Center from 2006 to 2008 and subsequently as Member for Bio-sciences of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission from 2008 to 2011, leading national agricultural research institutions during that period.
