Charles Edward de la Barca Macmillan was a New Zealand politician, born December 1872 in Saint Croix in the Danish West Indies and died 9 January 1941 in Tauranga, where he had earlier served as mayor from 1915 to 1917. Elected to Parliament in 1923, he served as Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Mines from 13 February 1932 to 6 December 1935 in the United-Reform Coalition government, and was awarded the King George V Silver Jubilee Medal in 1935.
