Sir William Nosworthy was a New Zealand politician of the Reform Party, born 18 October 1867 in Christchurch and died 26 September 1946 in Ashburton, who represented the Ashburton electorate from 1908 to 1928. He served as Minister of Agriculture from 4 September 1919 to 21 January 1926, the longest continuous tenure in the portfolio to that point, before moving on to serve as Minister of Finance from 1925 to 1926 and Minister of External Affairs from 1926 to 1928.
