Marie-Claude Bibeau is a Canadian politician, born 4 April 1970 in Sherbrooke, Quebec, who holds degrees in economics and environmental management from the Universite de Sherbrooke and worked for the Canadian International Development Agency before entering federal politics as Liberal MP for Compton-Stanstead. She became Canada's first female Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, serving from 1 March 2019 to 26 July 2023, before being reassigned to Minister of National Revenue.
