Jean Puech is a French politician, born 22 February 1942 in Viviez, Aveyron, who served as a Senator and held ministerial office. He served as Minister of Agriculture from 1993 to 1995 under President Francois Mitterrand and Prime Minister Edouard Balladur, and briefly as Minister of the Civil Service in 1995 before leaving government.
