Henri Nallet was a French politician and legal professional, born in 1939 and died in 2024, a member of the Socialist Party who held the agriculture portfolio twice under President Francois Mitterrand: first from 4 April 1985 to 20 March 1986, and again from 12 May 1988 to 2 October 1990, when the role was expanded to Minister of Agriculture and Forests. Between the two terms he served as a Deputy for Yonne following the right's 1986 electoral victory.
