Giacomo Sedati was an Italian lawyer and Christian Democracy politician who represented Molise in the Chamber of Deputies from 1948 until his sudden death in 1984. He served twice as Minister of Agriculture and Forests, first from June to December 1968 under the Leone government and again from August 1969 to March 1970 under the Rumor government. Outside his ministerial terms he held a series of undersecretary posts through the 1950s and 1960s and later chaired the parliamentary commission overseeing Italian state broadcasting.
