Bipolaris incurvata

Bipolaris incurvata is a fungal plant pathogen in the family Pleosporaceae that causes Bipolaris leaf blight, producing leaf spots and blighting on coconut, Cocos nucifera, and on kentia palm. The first documented report of the disease affecting coconut in mainland India was published in 2006, suggesting its emergence as a pathogen of concern for coconut palms in some regions.
