Cheryl Palm

Cheryl Palm, who lived from 1954 to 2024, was an American agricultural scientist and professor of agricultural and biological engineering at the University of Florida whose research concentrated on tropical land use and ecosystem function, including carbon and nutrient dynamics. She was a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Society of Agronomists, and she served as chair of the International Nitrogen Initiative.
