Paul Panda Farnana M'Fumu, born in 1888 and died May 12, 1930, was a Congolese agronomist who lived and worked in Europe during the first decades of the twentieth century and has been considered the first Congolese intellectual. Trained in agronomy, he combined his professional expertise with early pan-Africanist activism among the Congolese diaspora in Belgium.
