Charles Vancouver, born around 1756 and died around 1815, was an Anglo-American agricultural writer and surveyor who authored county agricultural surveys for Britain's Board of Agriculture, covering Cambridgeshire in 1794, Essex in 1795, Devon in 1808 and Hampshire in 1813. He also worked on bog and fen drainage projects in Ireland and the Netherlands and held extensive land in Kentucky during his time in North America, and he was the elder brother of the explorer George Vancouver.
