Tribhuvandas Kishibhai Patel (1903 to 1994) was an Indian independence activist, lawyer and politician regarded as the father of the cooperative movement in India. A follower of Mahatma Gandhi, he is most known for founding the Kaira District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union in 1946, the organization that became the basis of the Anand cooperative dairy movement.
